Website Redesign- Responsive Approach
Objective
Redesign a website that turns visitors into prospects.
Necessary change and implementation
To generate more leads and conversions, we needed to make a design which is more accessible and user friendly.
To achieve this, we made the following changes and improvements over the previous design.
Home page design -2012- 2015
Wireframe Creations
Based on the segregated information, I worked on some low fidelity wireframes to kick start my Visual - UI Design for the native App.
Website Restructuring - Minimise Traffic Loss
The entire website data was reorganised to produce a more clear and consice navigation flow.
Wireframe Reworked (Blueprint)
Based on the new sitemap, enhanced navigation flows for desktop and mobile were created . These were helpful in outlining the specific size and placement of page elements, site features, conversion areas and navigation for the website.

Localisation of the web design
Highradius is an international brand. All brands need some form of website localization in order to be successful in global markets. The content expected by users vary from location to location across the globe. Using geo-location, it be can determined where a user is located and serve up content based on their needs. We used A/B Testing process to tabulate appropriate content for each region (Global/Americas and UK/Europe).
A/B Testing
Highradius is an international brand and has its customers spread out across Global/Americas and UK/Europe region. As the perspective of each customer can vary widely from place to place, it was necessary to localise the content for each geography. We constantly worked on comparing 2 versions of the website elements to analyse which type of content suited a particular group of visitors. Some examples of a few tests done are as below:
Engage in content optimization
As the information published in the website was increasing exponentially, it was a high priority that the overall content be optimised to create a better user experience.
Hi-Fidelity Prototype
An interactive prototype was designed to gather more optimal insights. The more interactive and realistic the prototype is, the more realistic the user interaction would be. This results in the user being able to provide optimal insights about the product.
Web Accessibility Audit
The website was remediated with site elements that matched WCAG guidelines. These were done in two levels, Browser based (Safari, Chrome, Firefox, IE) and Platform based (Mac OS, Windows, Android).
